This past wed. June 24th Mr. Vazquez had the first private lesson with Mr. Hogan for Bo Training and was introduced to a whole new world of bo possibilities.  Don’t forget to schedule your private lesson so that the CORE Team leaders can work with you one-on-one and help you advance to the next level!… Who’s next?!

Unfortunatly because of the rain, the demo @ the B-Lo Zoo was cancelled…  BUT, in order to make up for this minor inconvenience, The CORE Team will be performing after the regularly scheduled classes today to pump up the energy! Hu Rah!

Its a go!  The CORE Team is scheduled to perform on the gazebo lawn at 11:00 - 11:30 on Saturday June 20th!  We will be meeting at the buffalo school at 9:30 a.m. sharp and heading to the zoo together from there.  See Mr. Hogan for more information about the demo this week!

Don’t forget CORE Team members, Kevin Kerns is flying in this weekend and I would like to see ALL members training at his seminar.  It is going to be a once in a lifetime deal where we get to train like a UFC fighter, without having to worry about losing our teeth :D… See you all there!

Big thank you to everybody who came to the Leadership Team practice this past weekend… It was great!  We had nearly perfect attendance and everybody worked hard.  We detailed our punches, worked on destructions (Thank you Mr. G.), and talked about stretching in depth.  A lot was covered so review your notes and I’ll see everybody next practice!
